The Process

From your first message to the delivery of your final gallery, I’ll be there to guide you through the experience and make the process feel clear, relaxed, and personal.

01. Booking process

Send your inquiry Begin by filling out my contact form here. Tell me about the two of you, your wedding date, location, and what you’re envisioning for your celebration.

You’re welcome to include your Pinterest board, venue link, inspiration images, or any details that will help me get a feel for your plans. Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll reach out with my availability and the next steps.

Get to know each other We’ll schedule a quick introductory call to get to know each other, talk about your plans, and make sure we’re the right fit. I’ll explain my approach, walk you through the experience, answer your questions, and send you my pricing guide.

Make it official When you’re ready to book, I’ll send over the contract and retainer information. Once both are completed, your date is officially reserved.

02. Leading up to your day

As your wedding approaches, I’ll reach out to review the details and make sure everything feels clear and thoughtfully planned.

We can schedule another call to discuss your photography timeline, locations, family photo combinations, important people, and the moments you care about most.

You can also contact me at any point during the planning process to send updates, share new ideas, or talk through any questions that come up.

03. Your wedding day

My approach is calm, observant, and gently guided. I’ll step in with direction when it’s helpful, while leaving space for natural movement, honest emotion, and unscripted moments to unfold.

You don’t need to worry about posing or performing for the camera. Your only job is to stay present with each other and the people you love. I’ll take care of documenting the rest.

04. Once it’s all over

Photo previews I’ll send you a selection of previews within 10 business days of your wedding. I know you’ll be excited to relive and share the day — trust me, I’ll be excited for you too.

Gallery delivery Within seven weeks, I’ll deliver your carefully edited final gallery. You’ll receive a private link where you can view and download your photographs, mark your favorites, and share the gallery with your family and friends.

A deposit is required to reserve your session date after the consultation. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
Final images are delivered via a private online gallery. Printing rights are included for personal use.
Images are edited in my signature style, consistent with the work shown in my portfolio. You’re welcome to share any specific preferences in the booking form so the final result feels aligned with you. RAW files are not included.
Rescheduling due to weather or personal reasons is possible, subject to availability.
Additional coverage hours ($300/hour) or an extra location can be added upon request.
Images from the session may be shared on my website and Instagram.
If you prefer your photos to remain private, a non-publishing option is available for an additional fee.

What happens after I submit the inquiry form?

I typically respond within 2–3 business days. While you’re waiting, feel free to start gathering inspiration, thinking about outfits, and narrowing down the overall feel you want for your photos. This helps us move forward smoothly once we connect.

Are travel fees included in your packages?

Travel fees are not included in the session price. Since I work with clients in different locations, travel costs vary depending on where the session takes place. I’ll always confirm any additional travel fees in advance.

Do you help with posing during the session?

Yes. My approach is guided and relaxed. I’ll offer gentle direction while leaving space for natural moments and real connection.

We don’t have a set date yet — can we still reach out?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to reach out even if your plans are still flexible. I’m happy to answer questions and help you figure out timing and next steps.

Can we choose the location for our session?

Of course. You’re welcome to suggest a location, or I can recommend spots based on your vision, style, and comfort.

When will we receive our photos?

Each package includes an estimated turnaround time. Final images are delivered through a private online gallery. Expedited editing is available for an additional fee.

Do you retouch the photos?

All images are edited in my signature style, consistent with the work shown in my portfolio. I focus on natural, timeless edits rather than heavy retouching.
